Community & support on Telegram
On this page 6
The Flow Telegram group is our main support channel and community hub. It's a live room of riders — plus the Flow team — who answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and swap route knowledge every day. For most questions, it's faster than email.
Join the group
Open t.me/floweuc on your phone or computer.
If you don't have Telegram yet, it's a free chat app for iOS, Android, and desktop:
- Install Telegram from your app store (or use the web version at web.telegram.org).
- Create an account with your phone number.
- Open t.me/floweuc and tap Join.
That's it — you're in the room with the rest of the Flow community.
What to bring to the group
Telegram is the right place for almost everything:
- Getting help — routing questions, "how do I…", charger and adapter advice.
- Bug reports — something crashed, looked wrong, or didn't behave as expected.
- Route sharing — post a great ride, or ask locals about roads and charge stops.
- Feature ideas — tell us what would make Flow better for your riding.
- Wheel and BLE questions — pairing help, telemetry quirks, model-specific tips.
How to ask a good question
The faster you give us the details, the faster we can help. When something's wrong, include:
- Your wheel model (for example, "Begode Master" or "Inmotion V13").
- Your Flow version — find it in Settings → About.
- Your phone and OS version — Android: Settings → About phone. iPhone: Settings → General → About.
- What you did and what you expected — the steps that led to the problem, and what should have happened instead.
A screenshot or a short screen recording helps enormously, especially for anything visual.
When to email instead
Some things are private or need a record, and email is better for those. Write to info@pevra.org for:
- Account deletion — see Delete your account. Email from your account address.
- Privacy or data requests — data export, privacy questions, anything tied to your account.
- Billing — anything about payments or subscriptions.
For everything else, come say hi on Telegram.
Community etiquette
- Be kind and patient — most of the people answering are volunteers who ride, just like you.
- Search recent messages before asking; your question may already have an answer.
- Keep safety front of mind. Flow's range estimates are deliberately conservative, and the community will tell you honestly when a plan looks risky.
