Delete your Flow account

Flow ("Flow — Ride Forever," by Pevra) lets you permanently delete your account and associated data at any time.

How to delete your account

In the app (fastest):

  1. Open Flow
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap "Delete account"
  4. Type DELETE to confirm

Your account and personal data are removed immediately.

By email:

If you can't access the app, email info@pevra.org from your account's email address and ask us to delete your account. We'll process it and confirm.

Delete specific data (without deleting your account)

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data — you can delete specific content and keep your account active.

Delete saved routes (in the app):

  1. Open Flow
  2. Go to the Routes tab
  3. Tap a route and choose Delete — or use select mode to delete several at once

Deleted routes (and their shared route links) are removed from your account and our servers immediately. Your account and everything else stay intact.

Delete other data by email:

To remove other data tied to your account — such as your ride history or rider profile — without deleting your account, email info@pevra.org from your account's email address and tell us what to remove. We'll process it and confirm.

Like account deletion, these removals are immediate; any residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days (see Retention below).

What is deleted (immediately and permanently)

  • Your account and sign-in (email / identity)
  • Your rider profile and avatar
  • Your saved routes and their shared route links (these stop working)
  • Your ride history — ride sessions, trails, and group-ride participation
  • Your in-app preferences and usage tied to your account

What is kept

  • Community contributions (chargers you added, charger verifications) are anonymized, not deleted — your name and ID are removed, but the charger data remains so the map stays useful to other riders.
  • Anonymous vehicle telemetry (aggregate range/consumption data) is retained. It is collected with no link to your identity and cannot be traced to you.

Retention

Deletion is immediate. Residual copies in routine encrypted backups are purged on our standard backup cycle (within 30 days).
